		<description>Hey Nils - Sad that in so many other countries - Germany, China, the Scandinavian countries, SA, etc., etc., have been able to move ahead on dozens of green projects. Of course if the govt is not behind you......Was just reading about light rail rights-of-way that are covered with grass rather than concrete. In Germany, we know, the walls and railings contain pv cells.
In the final analysis, though, we do have to work with where we are and what we&#039;ve got.
